The bedroom overlooks the tropical garden with the pool. The most beautiful sandy beaches are all nearby, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment seekers. The sofabed can host a third guest. The nearest supermarkets are just a 3-minute scooter ride away. This lovely villa is 7 minutes from vibrant Chaweng, 9 km from Koh Samui Airport and 15 km from Nathon Pier ferry terminal, making it the perfect base for exploring the entire island.

🕒 Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week for stays of minimum 6 days. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

⚡ Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.

💰 Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
