The villa accommodates up to four guests and features two spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Located in Chaweng, the fully private villa is designed with open-concept living to maximize natural light and ocean breezes and is currently offered at a special rate due to nearby construction. Both bedrooms feature plush king-size beds, air conditioning, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the terrace and pool area. One bedroom includes a freestanding bathtub with a view, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

The living area is spacious and comfortable, with inviting seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining space. Outdoors, the villa features a large infinity pool with a shallow lounging area, complemented by sunbeds and an outdoor sala to enjoy Koh Samui’s tropical setting throughout the day.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, modern amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and support from our local hosting team. Please note that nearby construction may occasionally cause some daytime noise; the adjusted rate reflects this and ensures excellent value for your stay.

🕒 Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week for stays of minimum 6 days. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

⚡ Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.

💰 Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
